MIDTERM 👫🚇

Yeess, I said I wanted to talk about this blog about our Midterm experience. Because we were not aware of CORONA's disease, which will cover the whole world towards the end of March.Anyway I will speak about this after..

We started the train journey with all volunteers for Mid-term and On-arrivel last week of February. We traveled 10 hours until to Bucharest together. With Romanian's super lux trains 😅

In fact, it was quite funny. Really the best season of Romania is winter. It was enjoyable to travel by watching the amazing view on the way We are ready to stay 6 people in 1 room for the journey that will last until the morning.

After leaving our friends, we had another 3-hour road and 4 people left. For BRASOV, We bought our coffees, completed our charges, with music lists and books then caught the other train. We thought this was the place to go until we arrived in Brasov. And we were actually very excited. We wanted to see this city and planning to visit the famous Dracula Castle. And of course, it is again a surprise.  🎇  The hotel was 1.5 hours from the train station. 😅
We checked the mail and made some calls. Then we found out we had made a mistake because the information was wrong. The hotel was in Sinaia. we have already passed there. :D Anyway,
We bought tickets for Sinaia again. When we arrived, a big and really nice hotel welcomed us.
After hours of travel, we were crying for dinner. ( not joke).😂 At the first dinner, we all had 3 plates of food. 🍛🍮🍱 We ate like animals, not human guys..

After first day, we started the activities the next morning. We divided into groups and made friends from different countries in these 4 days. I was actually worried about Midterm. Because it would be higher than on-arrival. I thought my English couldn't be enough. But it was not so. Even midterm was much better. We made presentations and talked about our projects and host organizations. The duration of the lessons was also more flexible. They give us more time to visit the city and make friends. If we want to do a similar project once again, we have learned what things will help. I think I got a lot of new ideas. The trainers were very sweet and helpful. Thanks to everyone who gave us this opportunity. It was a very nice experience..

MARCH

NOWW , March was a very very different experience for us. Corona Virus has started to spread around the world. We were doing a lot of scissors at the beginning but then it reached very serious dimensions. On the second day of March, all mushrooms got sick. The house was like a hospital. Sametime, Turkey closed the border, our ticket was canceled and they live in're too big a disappointment. But you have nothing to do in such a serious situation. Then, one by one, the countries stopped their flights and closed their borders. We all spend days that we are very concerned about our family and ourselves. And we don't know when it will end. The Romanian state then applied quarantine. We didn't have anything to do anymore. But we attended a motivational trip organized by the office 2 days before the quarantine. Then last day, we made another nature was lk with all volunteers. We drank and made marshmallows, mushrooms, potatoes..  It was a nice weekend  and it definitely felt so much better.. 💚

ANND GUYS, FOR SURE

GIZEM WILL BE IN THE HOUSE FOR A LONG TIME!!
